Sally was amazing in handling the sale of my house. I was living out of town and the house needed work before it was ready to be listed. Sally handled everything for me from the obtaining of bids from a variety of contractors to overseeing the work and monitoring their bills. She was absolutely meticulous and even caught errors when I was being overcharged by various contractors. I literally could not have done it without her. When the work was complete, Sally staged the home beautifully. Her advice about pricing was spot-on and we ended up getting many offers and the house sold for significantly over asking. Throughout the escrow process, Sally was on top of every detail and was an outstanding communicator. She is the absolute best agent I could have selected and I cannot recommend her more highly. A+++

We are so blessed to have found Sally to help us sell our home in an amazingly fast amount of time. When comps were sitting on the market for 30+ days, our sold in ten. When I say Sally "Helped" I mean that in every possible way. Sally explained to us the market, the comps, things we could do (If we wanted) to help sell the house, and so forth. Sally is incredibly communicative, emailing, texting, and calling us back, no matter if if was late at night or on the weekend. When we were house hunting out of state, Sally would drop by the house to check on it as well as our pets for us. She took special precautions to accommodate our concerns about our pets getting loose during showings. She worked with the HOA for when we decided to do some exterior upgrades, so that the work could be done quickly. Sally was involved in every step of the process. When we decided to have the house painted, she gave us some references, and was there to check up on the work when we couldn't. When the inspector came out, she was there. Sally helped us get the house professionally cleaned and staged, and marketed it multiple ways. The brochures were amazing, like straight out of a home magazine. We had multiple offers to consider and Sally presented them quickly, and explained the differences, advantages and disadvantages to each offer.Sally treats you more as a friend than a customer, and my only regret is that I couldn't use Sally as our realtor (Because we moved out of state). Five out of five stars isn't fair, because Sally went beyond 100%.
